If for some reason you are unable to get into contact with your local dealer, or do not receive an active response from them, feel free to contact us directly at info@flaxwood.com, to purchase a guitar from our online shop.

TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
Make sure you provide us with all the information required:

• model specs and preferences,
• your name and complete address,
• your e-mail address and a valid telephone number

Ordering your guitar online will require you to pay for your guitar in full beforehand. We can only begin handling your order once we have received full payment. If you send us a check, we will need to wait for the check to be cashed, which internationally can take weeks (see payment options below).


METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR ONLINE DIRECT ORDERS:
When we receive your order (by email or fax), we will send you an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail.
Once you have paid the invoice in full, then your order will be initiated and promptly shipped to you when completed (usually by mail or, upon request, by UPS).

• PayPal
  PayPal is a very easy, convenient and above all reliable way for you to pay for your order online. Upon receiving your confirmed order by e-mail, we will then e-mail you an invoice, which you can pay online through PayPal with your credit card. Note that you do NOT have to have a personal PayPal account to use PayPal. For more information about the service, please visit PayPal.com .
• Bank transfer
  Paying by bank transfer is the fastest way to get your Flaxwood guitar from our online store. The easiest way to pay by bank transfer is to take our invoice to your local bank, and have them handle it for you (a very routine operation for them).
  
  Alternatively, in some countries (most EU countries), it is possible to make international bank transfers using your bank's online services. All necessary information to make the payment will be on the invoice.
  
  
• Cheque / Banker's Cheque
  As clearing a personal cheque can take several weeks, we strongly recommend making payments through either PayPal or by direct bank transfer (see above). If you prefer to pay by cheque, we strongly recommend that you ask your local bank to issue a "banker's cheque" on your behalf; this is considerably quicker and more efficient than a personal cheque. FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION, PLEASE NOTE:
While transport costs will be included in your invoice, costs related to local taxes, duties and customs clearance fees, are not included and you may have to pay these separately. Our export guitars are sold with 0% VAT.
