Flaxwood-style Vintage Lipstick overdrive and P-90 bite!

The Laine (The Wave) is the most Stratocaster-like guitar in our entire line, but this one has a bit of extra kick. It features a P-90 Soapbar pickup in the neck position, which delivers those super muscular tones while preserving the signature warmth and deep responsiveness that characterize all Flaxwood guitars.

The Seymour Duncan SP90 pickup in the neck provides a full, “jazz box” of tones, while the two Duncan SLS-1 pickups in the bridge and middle positions create all the twang and “bite” you could ever want. The Harry Special brings out the round, warm tones that are ideal for blues and crunch sounds. This custom guitar suits everything from Country and Blues to funk and modern R&B.

It also features a blend pot that lets you mix the neck P-90 with the bridge and middle Lipstick pickups.

The Laine (The Wave) ships with a genuine Hiscox Flaxwood hard case.
